Coaching, Training Plans, Lessons, Clinics, and Pricing
Explore the spectrum of options and find a plan that works for you. Lessons and clinics can range from a single day to a week. Training plans begin at 8 weeks – the first 4 of which are intake/onboarding, testing and analysis, understanding lifestyle parameters, solving time limitations to design a program that fits around your other obligations, goal setting, and a 1-1 ride assessment together both at the start and end of the 4 week block. I do not produce generic training plans and try to avoid charging clients by the month. This reflects the Dirt Warrior’s Desiderata philosophy of building longevity in the sport and building a long term coach/athlete relationship. My belief is that progress happens steadily over seasons and there is no such thing as a miracle crash course or magic bullet that will suddenly transform your mountain biking abilities. My pricing is a reflection of the decades I have spent learning and honing my craft.
